Returns and refunds policy
- Right of withdrawal:Once the customer has placed the order, he/she will not be able to cancel it. You can contact the organization through the email info@runningforourstar.com in case you would like to change the size before placing the order. In no case the order will be refunded.
- Return conditions:Purchased products cannot be returned, nor can a size change be requested once the T-shirt has been received. T-shirts are customizable. The product can only be returned if it has a manufacturing defect and in that case it will be replaced by a new t-shirt that will be requested to the factory in the next order of the same.
- Return costs:In the event that the T-shirt has a manufacturing defect, the organization will pay for the cost of returning the product. In any other case, it is not possible to return the product.
- Return procedure:The customer must contact the organization to request the return of the product through info@runningforourstar.com attaching photos of the defective product and the organization will inform the customer of the procedure to follow.
- Refunds:No refund of the product will be made, the customer will be sent a new product in perfect condition, since the product can only be returned if it arrives defective.
- Exceptions:There is no possibility of returning products unless the product is not the correct one or is defective.
- Additional warranties:If they offer the legal guarantees.
- Claims process:Complaints will always be made through the organization’s email info@com. These claims will be answered as soon as possible.
